Residential Reno Over 300/sq.ft. | Wentwillow Residence

This contemporary home with modern finishings was heavily influenced by the client's love for fashion and their unique signature style. The end goal for the renovation of this previously dimly lit home was to make the space feel like an extension of the owners.

Investing in pieces, especially furniture items, was the key to really making this project come together. On top of this, we wanted to ensure that the home was functional for the family living in it, which is why we spent a significant amount of time programming the kitchen. There are even designated spots for their automatic cat feeders and water dishes- absolutely no detail left behind!

One of the stars of the entire home is this incredible Gucci wallpaper (yep, you heard us right!). The client knew that this was a "need to have," so we designed the entire space around the wallpaper. As for the living room, the floating hearth was quite the undertaking, involving full engineering, steel rods, basically the full meal deal. The stairway railings were all custom- made since we were unable to find the client's inspiration in stock. This was great because they fit the home perfectly!
