ATLE - ABED - Provincial Exams Roundtable Meetups
ATLE is hosting two lunchtime roundtable meetups for those interested in connecting with the larger community and with Pascal Couture from Alberta Education to learn more about the administration of provincial exams using the new Alberta Education Vretta tool. 

Session One: [COMPLETED]
Title: Provincial Exams for IT people
Date and Time: Thursday, February 15, noon - 1 PM in Zoom
Who: IT people
This session will include lessons learned from the January exam administration, what's in development, and more. Bring your questions along.

Session Two:
Title: Leading provincial exam implementation in your schools
Date and Time: Tuesday, February 27, noon - 1 PM in Zoom
Who: ET and district/school leadership people. 
Knowing that the teachers supervising provincial exams are likely not the same teachers who may have tested the tool with students in their classes in preparation, and that this exam tool is new to us all, how can district and school leaders support successful implementation of the Vretta tool to maximize familiarity ahead of time, leverage it to support authentic assessment practices, and minimize avoidable hiccups on exam days? What are some good practices we've learned so far? Bring your questions along.
