The fall meetings of TAC’s councils and committees, typically scheduled in the days before the Conference, will take place in September and October as a series of web meetings.
TAC has made this decision to keep its members, stakeholders and staff safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to minimize uncertainty for everyone. Our sincere thanks go out to the British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, TransLink, and the City of Vancouver for their extensive work on, and support of, the in-person event that had been planned. We look forward to renewing our partnership when TAC gathers in Vancouver in 2024.
Details on the specific program, schedule, and opportunities to participate will be shared in the coming weeks. The Conference team is working to ensure that the online event continues to provide a forum for sharing information, learning and networking for transportation stakeholders across Canada, and retains the sense of community that the in-person event has fostered for so long.
Staff will communicate directly with technical session organizers and presenters, exhibitors and sponsors about implications and opportunities as we plan our first-ever online Conference & Exhibition.
Updates will be shared on TAC’s website, and Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts. For additional urgent questions or concerns, please contact TAC.
